Our furry squad of pups and kitties are ready to find their forever homes. Are you ready for a new fur-ever friend?
Adoption Information
-We are a first come, first-serve facility, if you are interested in a specific animal, we cannot guarantee they will still be available when you arrive
-Adoptions are done Wednesday to Sunday from 12pm to 5pm.
-There is a 24 hour wait to take your new pet home once you are approved.
-If you require a meet and greet, please schedule this at least one hour before last adoption.
-When picking up your new family member, please bring a leash & collar or harness for dogs , and cat carrier for cats. For safety reasons we cannot allow the animal to leave without those items.
What Comes with an Adoption
All animals adopted come with:
-Up to date Rabies Shot
-Current Heartworm test (for dogs)
-Current Combo Test (for cats)
-Spay/Neutering
*If the animal is still needing any of these services done, a voucher to PetLuv will be provided*
Dog & Puppy Adoptions
-Puppies (under 1yrs): $200
-Dogs (1yrs to 3yrs): $200
-Dogs (3yrs and up): $175
Dog & Puppy Adoptions Cont.
-Puppies require three booster shots, if they are not completed at time of adoption, we will give dates to return to the SPCA of Hernando County to complete those shots.
-Puppies who come into the SPCA of Hernando County, will be on an automatic 14 day hold. We DO NOT take any form of payments at that time and will provide a date for adoption. Adoptions will be first come, first served. NO EXCEPTION

Cat & Kitten Adoptions
-Kittens (under 1yrs): $90
-Cats (1yrs and older): $85
